Volka Food Achieves Remarkable Success with Swift SAP HEC Go-Live Implementation

Abacus, a leading consulting, technology and outsourcing firm, is pleased to announce the first-ever implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC) in Pakistan at Volka Food International — one of the largest FMCG manufacturers in the region. Volka Food International is a modern, state of the art production facility of confectionery, bakery and pasta products, specializes in providing hygienic products in line with international production standards. Previously, Volka was using an in-house developed legacy system lacking standardization and seamless integration of data with its core processes.

Abacus completed the greenfield implementation of SAP HEC in a record time of eight months, automating Procure-to-pay, Order-to-cash, and Plan-to-produce business cycles. Following SAP’s best practices, Volka is now able to optimize their day-to-day operations with accurate and quick managerial information that creates a single source of truth.
